I use the telephone box as my main phone, it gets some funny looks but I think it looks pretty cool.

I use the telephone box as my main phone, it gets some funny looks but I think it looks pretty cool. ahh!! I have the book ends and the tardis key case...BUT I would just adore the real telephone in a police box! I tend not to use my land line much becuase it crackles, badly, but I would love to have one of these installed! I would never use my mobile again!

They are good, I may just add one Caveat in my opinion they are not styled as nicely as the holdcourt one (hope that is the right name) but they are cheap and certainly look the part

Saw this on E bay. It hails from Australia. There does seem to be a wealth of material from down under recently on E bay. Item number: 260144427437 Brand New from Boyle Industries "Replica 1950's London Police Telephone Box" DOCTOR WHO's TARDIS This model is a replica of the kind of police telephone box used by Doctor who in BBC television series. It is made from metal (Tin) and painted in such a way as to give it an aged & rather realistic appearance... Demensions: Height: 28cm Width: 12cm Depth: 12cm Have any of you seen the Inflatable TARDIS on there? If not heres a picture. I do think this may be official merchandise? Looking at the box on the counter. Item number: 150145529993

It's a money box Dave. If you look on the second roof step, left side as we view, you can make out the slot. It's only about 8" high. For scale, the small black thing on the right hand side, is a valve cap for a tyre. KB

Well it is an interesting little item, if i saw it i think i'd. It wouldn't appeal to a lot of collectors because of its only basic likeness to the proper thing but the fact is there have been various police box replicas like this over the years and not all of them are at all strictly accurate, neither should they be! The charm is the fact you can build a little collection of these and they all contrast the other on the shelf. As an item on its own it makes little sense but if you have a couple or more such examples it does look very nice in that context.
